  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 5 cups corn flakes cereal
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 3/4 cup BBQ sauce
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup ketchup

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (204°C) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces and coat them in flour.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix crushed corn flakes, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  4. Whisk together eggs and milk in another bowl.
