- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- ½ cup beef broth
- 4 cups broccoli florets
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
Instructions
- In a large bowl, marinate the beef with soy sauce, cornstarch, sesame oil, and black pepper for at least 10 minutes.
- Whisk together the sauce ingredients: low-sodium soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, brown sugar, ginger, garlic, beef broth, and cornstarch in a small bowl.
- Preheat the Blackstone griddle over medium-high heat.
- Stir-fry broccoli and onions for about 3–4 minutes until bright green and slightly tender. Move them aside on the griddle.
- Add more oil to the center of the griddle and sear the marinated beef for about 2 minutes per side until caramelized.
- Pour the prepared sauce over the beef and broccoli; toss everything together and let bubble for another minute or two until thickened.
- Serve hot garnished with sesame seeds and green onions.
