Ingredients
- 500 grams lean beef mince
- 2–3 medium potatoes
- 1 ½ teaspoons smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano or mixed herbs
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons olive oil (divided)
- Lettuce (shredded)
- Cheese (dairy-free or regular)
- Pickle slices
- 4 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon ketchup
- 1 teaspoon mustard (dijon or yellow)
- 1 teaspoon pickle juice (from the jar of pickles)
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 200°C (390°F). Cut potatoes into chips and toss with olive oil and half of the spice mix.
- Bake for 30–40 minutes or air fry for about 20 minutes until crispy.
- Meanwhile, cook beef mince in a frying pan with remaining olive oil and spice mix until browned.
- Mix all sauce ingredients in a bowl and adjust seasoning to taste.
- Assemble bowls: start with potato chips, add lettuce, beef mince, cheese, pickles, and drizzle with sauce.
