  • 500 grams lean beef mince
  • 23 medium potatoes
  • 1 ½ teaspoons smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano or mixed herbs
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil (divided)
  • Lettuce (shredded)
  • Cheese (dairy-free or regular)
  • Pickle slices
  • 4 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon ketchup
  • 1 teaspoon mustard (dijon or yellow)
  • 1 teaspoon pickle juice (from the jar of pickles)
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon smoked paprika

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 200°C (390°F). Cut potatoes into chips and toss with olive oil and half of the spice mix.
  2. Bake for 30–40 minutes or air fry for about 20 minutes until crispy.
  3. Meanwhile, cook beef mince in a frying pan with remaining olive oil and spice mix until browned.
  4. Mix all sauce ingredients in a bowl and adjust seasoning to taste.
  5. Assemble bowls: start with potato chips, add lettuce, beef mince, cheese, pickles, and drizzle with sauce.
