  • Kosher salt and black pepper
  • 1 sourdough baguette
  • 8 ounces burrata cheese
  • 2 large garlic cloves

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Allow steak to reach room temperature and season generously.
  2. Slice sourdough baguette into 1/2 inch pieces and toast on a sheet tray until golden brown (6-8 minutes).
  3. Heat cast iron skillet over high heat, add oil, and sear steak for about 2 minutes per side. Transfer skillet to the oven for 1-2 minutes for desired doneness. Let rest before slicing thinly.
