  • 2 small or 1 large broccoli crown
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 tbsp pure maple syrup
  • 1 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp paprika
  • salt
  • pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Chop baby potatoes and broccoli into bite-sized pieces; slice sausages into thick rounds.
  3. Toss potatoes and carrots with olive oil and seasonings; spread on a sheet pan.
  4. Roast for 20 minutes, stirring halfway through.
  5. Add seasoned broccoli to the pan; roast for an additional 10 minutes.
  6. Create space for sausages on the pan; roast everything together for another 20 minutes.
  7. Drizzle maple syrup over veggies and roast for an additional 10 minutes.
