Instructions

  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, baking powder, cream of tartar, and salt; set aside.
  3. In a stand mixer bowl, mix canola oil and granulated sugar until combined. Add beaten egg and mix well; fold in grated zucchini.
  4. Gradually add dry ingredients and mashed bananas to the wet mixture on low speed until just combined.
  5. Fold in chocolate chips gently using a spatula.
  6. Pour batter into prepared loaf pan and bake for 50-55 minutes, tenting with foil if needed to prevent over-browning. Let cool before slicing.
