  • 1 pound diced hickory smoked bacon
  • 3/4 pound lean ground beef
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup barbecue sauce
  • 15-ounce can sweet corn (drained)
  • 2 cups halved cherry tomatoes
  • 1 & 1/2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • Spices: cumin, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water.
