Ingredients
- 16 ounces cream cheese (softened)
- 2½ cups shredded cheddar cheese (divided)
- 2½ cups cooked shredded chicken breast
- 12 ounces crumbled bacon
- 1 ounce packet dry ranch dressing mix
- Sweet Hawaiian rolls (12 count)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and lightly spray a 9×13 baking dish.
- Melt cream cheese in a heavy-bottom pot over medium heat.
- Stir in ranch dressing mix, onion powder, and black pepper.
- Add sliced green onions, chicken, bacon, and 1 cup of cheddar cheese; mix well.
- Place bottom halves of the rolls in the baking dish; spread the chicken mixture on top.
- Sprinkle remaining cheddar cheese over the chicken layer; place top halves of rolls on top.
- Brush melted butter over the rolls and sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
