Ingredients
- 5 skinless, boneless chicken thighs
- 1 teaspoon 21 Salute Seasoning (or poultry seasoning)
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped garlic
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- Season the chicken thighs with seasoning and salt & pepper on both sides.
- In an oven-proof skillet, melt butter over medium heat and sear the chicken for 2-3 minutes until golden on both sides. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, sauté garlic in melted butter for one minute. Stir in flour and cook for another minute.
- Gradually add chicken broth while stirring until thickened. Mix in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese; season as needed.
- Return the chicken thighs to the skillet, coating them in the sauce. Bake uncovered for 30-35 minutes until cooked through.
