- 3 Chicken Breasts
- 1 can Diced Tomatoes with Green Chiles (10 oz)
- 1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
- 1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
- ½ Onion (Diced)
- 2 tsp Minced Garlic
- 2 tsp Italian Seasoning
- 4 oz Cream Cheese (Diced)
- 2 cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 1 pkg Spaghetti (16 oz)
Instructions
- Place chicken breasts in the bottom of the crock pot.
- Add diced tomatoes (undrained), cream of chicken soup, cream of mushroom soup, diced onion, minced garlic, and Italian seasoning.
- Cover and cook on high for 3-4 hours or low for 6-8 hours until chicken is tender.
- Shred the cooked chicken with two forks and return it to the crock pot.
- Stir in cream cheese and shredded cheddar; cover and cook on low for an additional 20–30 minutes until melted.
- Cook spaghetti according to package directions; drain.
- Combine cooked spaghetti with the crock pot mixture and serve hot.
