Ingredients
- 3 packages Mrs. T’s Cheddar Pierogies
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 block (8 oz) cream cheese
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 lb kielbasa (sliced)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a 4-6 quart crockpot, combine 3 cups of chicken broth, frozen pierogies, sliced kielbasa, and shredded cheddar cheese. Mix well.
- Cook on high for 3-4 hours or low for 6 hours.
- About 30 minutes before cooking ends, warm the cream cheese with the remaining chicken broth until smooth.
- Stir the cream cheese mixture into the crockpot and top with the remaining cheddar cheese. Cook on low for an additional 30 minutes.
- Serve hot, garnished with sliced green onions if desired.
