Instructions

  1. Remove crusts from bread slices.
  2. Slice cucumber thinly using a mandolin or knife; sprinkle with salt and let sit for 15-30 minutes to draw out moisture.
  3. Pat cucumber slices dry after resting.
  4. Mix cream cheese, mayonnaise, dill, chives, lemon juice, garlic powder, and salt in a bowl until smooth.
