  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 1/3 cup sour cream
  • 2/3 cup white granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice (optional)
  • 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs

Instructions

  1. Cut off stems and slice strawberries in half lengthwise, trimming the back to sit upright.
  2. Hollow out each half with a melon baller.
  3. In a bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  4. In another bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, sugar, vanilla, and lemon juice until smooth.
  5. Gently fold whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
  6. Pipe filling into each strawberry half.
  7. Sprinkle with graham cracker crumbs and serve!
