Ingredients
- 3/4 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 3 tbsp melted butter
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1/3 cup unsweetened plain Greek yogurt

- 1 egg
- 1/4 tsp baking powder

- 3/4 cup frozen strawberries
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350F and line muffin tins with liners.
- In a blender, crush graham cracker crumbs and mix with melted butter; press into muffin liners.
- Blend cottage cheese, Greek yogurt, cream cheese, maple syrup, egg, baking powder, and protein powder until smooth.
- Pour mixture over crusts and bake for 38-41 minutes.
