  • 1/2 cup confectioners' sugar
  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 1 (21 oz.) can blueberry pie filling

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and cinnamon until moistened. Press into the base of a greased 9×9-inch pan.
  2. Beat softened cream cheese and confectioners' sugar together until smooth.
  3. In another bowl, whip heavy cream with granulated sugar and vanilla until stiff peaks form.
  4. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
  5. Spread half of the mixture over the crust, add blueberry pie filling on top, then layer with the remaining cream mixture.
  6. Sprinkle reserved graham cracker crumbs on top.
