- 1 cup all-purpose flour (crumble)
- 1 cup light brown sugar
- 1 stick (1/2 cup) cold unsalted butter
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly butter a 9"x13" baking dish.
- In a large bowl, combine rhubarb, sugar, flour (filling), vanilla extract, ginger, and cinnamon. Mix well.
