  • Zest of 1/2 lemon

  • For the glaze: 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tbsp seedless raspberry jam
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • Zest of 1/2 lemon

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare an 8×8 square pan.
  2. In a large bowl, combine softened butter, granulated sugar, eggs, lemon juice, salt, and lemon zest; mix until well combined.
  3. Gradually add all-purpose flour until just combined.
  4. Gently fold in fresh raspberries without crushing them. Pour into prepared pan and spread evenly.
