- For the glaze: 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tbsp seedless raspberry jam
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Zest of 1/2 lemon
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare an 8×8 square pan.
- In a large bowl, combine softened butter, granulated sugar, eggs, lemon juice, salt, and lemon zest; mix until well combined.
- Gradually add all-purpose flour until just combined.
