  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • ⅓ cup soy sauce
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice

  • 4 cloves garlic (minced)

  • Salt & pepper (to taste)

Instructions

  3. Place the salmon in a zip-top bag and pour the marinade over it. Seal the bag tightly after removing excess air.
