Ingredients
- 2 cups macaroni pasta
- 1 pound cooked shrimp
- ½ cup chopped celery
- 1 medium red bell pepper, diced
- ½ cup sliced green onions
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- ½ cup sour cream
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions
- Cook shrimp in boiling water for 2–3 minutes until pink. Drain and cool.
- In another pot, boil salted water and cook macaroni until al dente. Drain and rinse.
- Chop celery, red bell pepper, and green onions.
- Whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, dill weed, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl.
- In a large bowl, combine cooled macaroni, shrimp, and chopped vegetables; pour dressing over.
