Ingredients
- 10 oz frozen spinach (thawed and drained)
- 8 oz jar artichoke hearts (drained and chopped)
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- 1/3 cup sour cream
- 4 oz cream cheese (room temperature)
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
- 12–14 wonton wrappers
- Garlic powder, salt, pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Press each wonton wrapper into a muffin tin cup and lightly spray with cooking spray. Pre-bake for about 5 minutes.
- In a mixing bowl, combine spinach, artichokes, mayonnaise, sour cream, cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well mixed.
- Fill each pre-baked wonton wrapper with the mixture.
