  • 10 oz frozen spinach (thawed and drained)
  • 8 oz jar artichoke hearts (drained and chopped)
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/3 cup sour cream
  • 4 oz cream cheese (room temperature)
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1214 wonton wrappers
  • Garlic powder, salt, pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Press each wonton wrapper into a muffin tin cup and lightly spray with cooking spray. Pre-bake for about 5 minutes.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine spinach, artichokes, mayonnaise, sour cream, cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well mixed.
  4. Fill each pre-baked wonton wrapper with the mixture.
