- 1 green onion (sliced)

- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
Instructions
- Using chopsticks, spiral cut each cucumber by making diagonal cuts on one side and straight cuts on the other.
- Place the spiraled cucumbers in a mixing bowl, sprinkle with salt, and let sit for 15 minutes to draw out moisture.
- Rinse cucumbers under cold water and pat dry.
