  • 23 teaspoons lemon zest
  • 3/4 cup chopped strawberries
  • 1 1/4 cups sugar (for filling)
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • Powdered sugar (for topping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 9×13-inch pan with parchment paper.
  2. For the crust: Beat butter and sugar until fluffy. Mix in flour and salt to form a crumbly dough. Press into prepared pan and bake for about 15 minutes until golden.
  3. For the filling: Blend lemon juice, zest, strawberries, and sugar until smooth. Add eggs and blend again. Mix in flour, baking powder, and salt until well combined.
