Instructions

  3. While cooking, sterilize jars by boiling them in water for 10 minutes or running through the dishwasher.
  4. Fill hot sterilized jars with the jam, leaving at least 1/4 inch headspace at the top.
  5. Process jars in gently boiling water for about 10 minutes to seal.
  6. Let sealed jars cool undisturbed for 24 hours.
