  • 1 strawberry cake mix
  • ½ cup salted butter (melted)
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 tablespoons strawberry gelatin
  • 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • ¼ cup salted butter (softened)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • 20 Golden Oreos

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F. Line an 8×8-inch glass baking dish with parchment paper and spray with non-stick cooking spray.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine melted butter, eggs, strawberry cake mix, and strawberry gelatin until well blended.
  3. Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and bake for about 25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Let cool completely.
  4. For the cream cheese frosting, beat together softened cream cheese, softened butter, vanilla extract, powdered sugar, and heavy cream until smooth and fluffy.
  5. Spread the frosting evenly over the cooled brownies.
  6. In a food processor, pulse Golden Oreos into crumbs with some larger chunks remaining. Mix in remaining strawberry gelatin and melted butter.
  7. Sprinkle cookie crumble over frosted brownies and gently press down.
  8. Cut into squares and serve.
