- ½ cup water
- ½ cup salsa con queso
- 3 flour or corn tortillas (8-inch)

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked.
- Add taco seasoning and water; simmer for 2-3 minutes. Stir in salsa con queso.
- Spray an 8-inch round baking tin with cooking spray.
- Layer one tortilla in the bottom, followed by 1/3 of the beef mixture and 1/3 of the cheese. Repeat twice more.
- Bake for about 20 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Allow to cool slightly before slicing and serving warm.
