Ingredients
- 1 pound rotini
- 1 pound lean ground beef
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 15 ounces canned black beans (drained)
- 8 ounces canned corn (drained)
- 1 small onion (diced)
- 2 cups halved cherry tomatoes
- 2 cups shredded Fiesta blend cheese
- 16 ounces Catalina dressing
- 3 tablespoons sour cream
- 9 ounces Nacho Cheese Doritos (crushed)
- 2 cups shredded iceberg lettuce
- ¼ cup chopped cilantro
Instructions
- Cook rotini in a large pot according to package directions; drain and rinse with cold water.
- In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef, drain excess grease, then add taco seasoning and water; stir until combined.
