Ingredients
- 48–60 frozen tater tots (16-oz bag)
- 3/4 cup freshly shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 4 slices cooked and crumbled bacon
- 2 green onions (sliced, green part only)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 450ºF and spray a muffin pan with cooking spray.
- In each muffin cup, place 2-3 tater tots for mini-sized pans or 4-5 for regular-sized pans.
- Bake for about 10 minutes until starting to crisp; then form potato cups using a greased shot glass.
- Return to the oven and bake for an additional 15 minutes until golden brown.
- Add shredded cheese into each cup and bake again for 4-5 minutes until melted.
- Top with sour cream, crumbled bacon, and green onions before serving.
