- 3 cups watermelon (cubed)
- 3/4 cup coconut yogurt
- 5 kiwis (cubed)
Instructions
- Blend cubed watermelon in a blender until smooth to create the watermelon puree.
- Pour the watermelon puree into popsicle molds and freeze for 3 hours.
- Once solid, add a thin layer of coconut yogurt on top of each mold and freeze for another 1.5 hours.
- Blend peeled and cubed kiwis until smooth to create the kiwi puree.
- Pour the kiwi puree over the yogurt layer in each mold and freeze for an additional 6 hours until fully set.
