Ingredients

  • 3 cups watermelon (cubed)
  • 3/4 cup coconut yogurt
  • 5 kiwis (cubed)

Instructions

  1. Blend cubed watermelon in a blender until smooth to create the watermelon puree.
  2. Pour the watermelon puree into popsicle molds and freeze for 3 hours.
  3. Once solid, add a thin layer of coconut yogurt on top of each mold and freeze for another 1.5 hours.
  4. Blend peeled and cubed kiwis until smooth to create the kiwi puree.
  5. Pour the kiwi puree over the yogurt layer in each mold and freeze for an additional 6 hours until fully set.
